What a very very good stay, nothing too much trouble. Lovely hotel in a very quite area, close to bars and restaurants. Very central location, just a short stroll away from Terrace on the Duomo. Close to a cathedral and a church, very easy to get to. Close to a tube station, very handy...

The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING and exceptionally nice, everything was very good. The location not very far from city centre was excellent. Missori tube station was 5 min away.

The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the Duomo. The room had high ceilings, feel spacious. Enjoyed the modern decor and the cleanliness throughout our stay. We received vouchers for a complimentary continental breakfast at two nearby cafes, a nice touch. The check-in process was a bit chaotic. The manager couldn't find us at first, and the lack of a map in the communication added to the confusion. The shower could use better cleaning, as it felt neglected in the corners. The noisy street outside made it hard to sleep at times, especially during the night. The experience had its ups and downs, but I appreciated the location and room quality.
